Yes, you can do this from the client area.
From this area:
https://my.proxiesnow.com/clientarea.php?action=products
Click on the "View Details" of the proxy package that you wish to change your username and password.
Here you will see a tab that says "Change Password". Click that and enter your new password.
To change your username click "Management Actions" and then "Change Username". Enter your new username.
